Patricia Padilla, ASW

Congratulations on taking this brave step in searching for a therapist. Hi, there! My name is Patricia, and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. You can call me Trish. I’m happy you are here. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and it would be an honor to walk this journey with you. My style is comforting, warm, open, sometimes humorous, and at all times respectful and understanding. An initial session with me usually consists of gathering information about current symptoms and issues that you may be interested in exploring, goals for therapy, and developing a treatment plan together.

My approach focuses on embracing life’s experiences and using a variety of interventions and therapeutic modalities to overcome challenges with anxiety, depression, addiction, and psychotic disorders. I want to help you in a way that works for you by working together to set goals and identifying what is no longer serving a meaningful purpose in your life.

Through my own lived experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to connect with someone who really gets what you are going through, to guide and walk with you on this new path to healing. Today is the day! Let’s get started!
