    The Victim Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP) encourages and assists the church in her mission of providing an invitation to, and an opportunity for, peacemaking (healing, restoration, forgiveness and reconciliation) in conflict between victims and offenders of juvenile crime. Volunteer mediators are always needed and VORP offers wonderful training.

  • Center for Loss
    Whether someone you loved has died, or you want to help someone who is grieving, the Center for Loss is a wonderful place to receive help. There are training opportunities and resources that can meet your needs. Tony and Bonnie attended training with Dr. Alan Wolfelt, and are certified through his supportive center in Fort Collins, Colorado.
  • FPU Peace Center
    The Center for Peacemaking and Conflict Studies at Fresno Pacific University (FPU) offers graduate education in conflict management and peacemaking leading to the MA degree or graduate certificate. The FPU Peace Center also offers intervention, mediation, and consulting services.
  • CSU Peace Consortium
    The University of Colorado Conflict Research Consortium is a multi-disciplinary center for research and teaching about conflict and its transformation. With its primary focus on difficult and intractable conflicts, the CSU Peace Consortium has pioneered efforts to provide citizens in all walks of life with the information that they need to deal with conflicts more constructively.
  • EdgeTV
    EdgeTV is a powerful tool in working with teens and young adults. Their videos and DVDs create a safe place to talk about unsafe things. New Path Center uses the EdgeTV video, Death and Dying, which tells the impact of the death of Scott Redfern on the lives of his family and friends.
  • Healing Garden
    The Healing Garden is a child grief web page with interactive activities to help children deal with their grief and loss through creative expression and companion interaction. It is a great resource to help children talk about the experience of losing someone they loved. The web page was developed through a generous contribution from the LifeNet Foundation.
