Regina Burch-Konda, Ph.D.
I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, and I currently teach part-time in the Craig School of Business at CSU, Fresno. I specialize in helping individuals or groups improve their skills in a variety of human resource areas including: leadership, career development, goal-setting, team building, conflict resolution, resume writing, and job interview preparation. I work with individuals one-on-one, or deliver training modules/workshops to groups.
Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings including both the public and private sectors. I particularly enjoy working with non-profits as well as youth. I have provided services to several organizations in the Fresno area that target these two groups, including: Roosevelt High School, Poverello House, Local Conservation Corps, Community Food Bank, and the Kingsburg Chamber of Commerce.
